There is now a way to see the subscription history of a customer. We hope this is a small, but useful, improvement.
Subscriptions catalog a customer's relationship with your product. Seeing their history can be helpful to better understand that relationship, whether it be for marketing or for customer support. To view a history of any customer's subscriptions, as well as the details of the Price Plan they were subscribed to, navigate to a customer's page, select the menu icon in the "Subscription" card, and click "View Subscription History."
