Octane allows you to assign arbitrary key-value pairs to customers you’ve created. These key-value pairs show up in the customer cards in the Octane portal and are also propagated to stripe https://stripe.com/docs/api/metadata.
To assign properties to a customer you must first declare them in the settings tab, and then assign them through our apis.
